About Jordan Ventures

Founded in 2022, Jordan Ventures is dedicated to exploring a wide range of technology-enabled ventures.

Pete Jordan, President and founder, was the founder and CEO of Knowledge Matters Inc., the leading supplier of business and personal financial simulations for the education market. During his 25 years of running Knowledge Matters, the company educated over 10 million students and provided simulations to over half the high schools in the U.S. The company’s simulations were also used globally by over 500 universities and large corporations, including Marriott International. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Knowledge Matters made all its simulations free for schools across the country so students could continue learning remotely. In 2021, Mr. Jordan sold Knowledge Matters to an industry leading online education provider for an undisclosed sum.

Prior to founding Knowledge Matters, Mr. Jordan was a Strategic Planner in the Office of the President of the second largest computer maker in the world.

He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth, ranked 5th in his class of 1041 students.

Mr. Jordan currently serves as a mentor for the Harvard Innovation Lab in Cambridge MA.
